Important information
- A deposit is required at the time of booking. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- The confirmation deposit of 30% can be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance is due on arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
- On the day of arrival, the apartment is available to you from 3:00 PM.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM at the latest.
- We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
- Open all year round.
Travel cancellation
In the event that you are unable to start your journey or have to depart early, we recommend taking out appropriate travel cancellation insurance. A cancellation at short notice or an early departure can have unpleasant consequences both for you as a guest and for us as hosts.
Please note that the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Independently of this, in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 60 days before the arrival date: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge. The deposit already paid will be retained.
- From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 40% of the booking value
- From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
- In the last week before arrival: 100% of the booking value („No Show“)
In the event of an early departure, the full amount for the entire booked period is due.
Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to start your journey.

Quietly located, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Ortisei.
Our house is located in a central yet very quiet position, surrounded by blooming meadows and set against a magnificent mountain backdrop. In our cosy holiday apartments and the beautiful garden with its sunbathing lawn you can feel free and independent. The family-friendly house is particularly suitable for a holiday with children. Just a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian zone, the house is the ideal starting point for walkers, hikers and skiers. And you can do entirely without your car.
In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, a restaurant-pizzeria, a laundry and the promenade with a children's playground. In addition, less than 100 m away there are two ski bus stops, from where you can reach the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski directly.
Arrival by car
The most convenient way to arrive is via the A22 Brenner motorway. Take the Klausen/Val Gardena exit and then follow the SS242 state road towards Ortisei. In the village, follow the purple hotel route signs (entrance Ortisei West). After about 500 metres on Purger street, turn left into Nevel street. Right at the beginning of the street, an access road leads across a field track to Apartments Agnes.
Arrival by train
The nearest railway stations are in Klausen, Waidbruck, Brixen and Bolzano. You can reach them comfortably with ÖBB, Trenitalia and the Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and other high-speed trains.
From the stations, the bus to Ortisei runs every half hour. Detailed timetables are available at www.suedtirolmobil.info.
Arrival by taxi
From the railway station or airport you can reach Apartments Agnes comfortably by taxi. At www.valgardena.it you can also book a local shuttle service.
Arrival by plane
The nearest airports are Bolzano (approx. 45 km), Innsbruck (approx. 120 km) and Verona (approx. 190 km). From there you can continue to Ortisei by rental car, train or transfer.
